1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using AI NeuroSignal ("the Service", "Platform", "we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Service.

Our Service: AI NeuroSignal is a web-based platform that provides AI-generated trading signals and market analysis through ensemble voting of multiple artificial intelligence models. The Service is accessible at https://aineurosignal.com.

2. Critical Trading Disclaimer

2.1 No Financial Advice

All signals, analyses, recommendations, and content provided by AI NeuroSignal are:

• For informational and educational purposes only
• Generated by artificial intelligence algorithms
• Not reviewed or approved by licensed financial advisors
• Not tailored to your individual financial situation
• Subject to errors, inaccuracies, and technical failures

You acknowledge and agree that:

• Trading in financial markets involves significant risk, including the risk of losing your entire investment
• Past performance does not guarantee future results
• AI-generated signals may be incorrect, delayed, or based on faulty data
• Market conditions can change rapidly and unpredictably
• Technical failures may occur, resulting in missed signals or incorrect information
• No trading system, strategy, or signal can guarantee profits
• You may lose more than your initial investment, especially when using leverage

2.4 No Guarantees

We make NO GUARANTEES, WARRANTIES, OR REPRESENTATIONS regarding:

• The accuracy, reliability, or completeness of our signals or analyses
• The performance or profitability of any trades based on our information
• The availability or uptime of the Service
• The absence of errors, bugs, or technical issues
• The suitability of our Service for your specific trading needs

AI NeuroSignal explicitly disclaims any guarantee of profits or prevention of losses.

3. Limitation of Liability

3.1 Maximum Liability Cap

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

Our total aggregate liability to you for all claims arising from or related to the Service shall not exceed the lesser of:

1. The total amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim, OR
2. $100 USD

3.2 Exclusion of Damages

WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

• Trading losses of any kind
• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Damages caused by third parties (brokers, exchanges, data providers)
• Damages from service interruptions, downtime, or technical failures
• Damages from incorrect, delayed, or missing signals
• Damages from your reliance on our information

4. Subscription and Billing

4.1 Subscription Plans

We offer multiple subscription tiers:

• Free Plan: Limited features with usage restrictions
• Starter Plan: $29/month - 100 signals/month, 3 AI agents
• Pro Plan: $99/month - 500 signals/month, 9 AI agents, premium features
• Enterprise Plan: $299/month - 2000 signals/month, 20 AI agents, priority support

4.2 Billing Terms

• All subscriptions are billed monthly in advance via Stripe
• Charges are non-refundable except as required by law
• You authorize us to charge your payment method on file
• Subscription automatically renews unless cancelled
• Price changes will be notified 30 days in advance
• Usage limits reset at the start of each billing cycle

4.3 Cancellation

• You may cancel your subscription at any time via your account settings
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
• No refunds for partial months
• You retain access until the end of the paid period
• After cancellation, your account reverts to the Free plan

5. Prohibited Uses

You agree NOT to:

• Use the Service for any illegal purpose
• Manipulate, reverse engineer, or attempt to extract our algorithms
• Resell, redistribute, or share our signals with non-subscribers
• Create automated systems to scrape or download our content
• Use the Service to harm, harass, or defraud others
• Interfere with the Service's operation or security
• Impersonate others or provide false information
• Use the Service to provide advice to third parties for compensation
• Violate any applicable securities, commodities, or financial regulations

6. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the Service are owned by AI NeuroSignal and protected by copyright, trademark, patent, and trade secret laws.

You may NOT copy, modify, distribute, sell, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

7. Account Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account immediately without notice if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or pose a security risk.

Upon termination, you lose access to all data, signals, and features. No refunds will be provided except as required by law.

8. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or secure operation. Third-party service failures (Stripe, Clerk, data providers) are not our responsibility.

9. AI Limitations

AI models have inherent limitations:

• May produce incorrect or nonsensical outputs ("hallucinations")
• Performance degrades with unusual market conditions
• Cannot predict black swan events or extreme volatility
• May exhibit bias based on training data
• Require human judgment and oversight

DO NOT BLINDLY FOLLOW AI SIGNALS.

10. Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to online services. Any dispute shall be resolved through binding arbitration administered by a mutually agreed arbitration service, except for small claims court cases under $10,000.

Class Action Waiver: You agree to resolve disputes individually and waive the right to participate in class actions.

Time Limit: Any claim must be filed within ONE (1) YEAR of when the claim arose or be forever barred.
